With over 10 years of experience in property management, Erica Palmer has built her career on award-winning customer service, clear communication, and a commitment to getting the job done right. She believes that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported when it comes to their needs, and that no opportunity or challenge is presented without purpose.

Guided by her faith in God, Erica followed the path she felt called to pursue—one rooted in service, compassion, and helping others. With Gods direction, she was inspired to create Favor Residential and Management, a company grounded in faith, integrity, respect, and genuine care for the people it serves.

Erica’s high attention to detail and ability to find solutions under pressure have earned her recognition in the industry for excellence and reliability.
